Contemporary Courtyard - Southwold

A collaboration with Frederic Whyte, this project was a complete re-design of the front and back gardens for our client in Southwold, Suffolk.

All boundaries are marked with Brampton Willows continuous fencing which forms a soft and seamless background for the planting.

Clipped yew forms give bold structure, punctuated with flashes of blues and whites.

The garden is split over two main levels with several paved terrace areas, finished in a bespoke blend of Vande Moortel pavers. The back garden is a social, informal space with a tranquil reflective pool and soft lighting pushing a calm and relaxing mood.

Lower pathways and driveway surfaced with resin bound gravel which is a permeable and low maintenance surface.
